How many Z4 coupes are in the UK?

9 z4 coupes ? i saw 3 driving to work on tuesday. Only saw one other roadster though, who said they were rare ? :poke:
 
Not happy that i have an imposter in my home town, mine was pertty much the only one i ever saw on the road then a few weeks back an imposter appears in a copue exactly the same as mine......gutted

Just 20 odd miles down the road in Fairford Leys (near Aylesbury), I moved out of Oxford 5 years ago but still use it on forums as everyone knows where it is.

i see at least 3 different coupes on a regular basis up in newcastle when driving around. one on the same route to and from work as me. its just a shame no1 up here joins the forum :tumbleweed:

9 in the uk i find very hard to believe.

Wow! :o

Not the 9 part obviously... but the link and number of roadsters to coupes. Very surprised. I see very few coupes where I live but far too many roadsters... this morning alone I must have passed, excluding the new tin top, 5 on the way to work! Most seem to be in silver which is really annoying.
 
Let's do the RSPB thing, and check how many Z4 coupes are stuck to your front numberplate when you get home tonight.

- multiply that by the number of cars in the UK and you will have a rough number of coupes. :wink:

Those members here WITH coupes of course must take their number and ADD one (to adjust for the one BEHIND the front number plate), BEFORE multipling.

The RSPB do that to work out how many insects there are, - so it MUST work!

Did you guys see they took gullable out of the dictionary?!

I saw it on the news last night.
 
This is awful confusing guys. There are more than 9 coupes (just playing, i'm not that gullable) and the production numbers mentioned in the other thread are for M only. There's a many many more ragtops of various engines sizes and a decent number of coupes too but nothing like as many as ragtops.
 
17,094 coupes (all models) and 180,856 roadsters (all models) worldwide.

There are 578 Z4MCs in the UK out of worldwide production of 4,278. That ratio would suggest there are around 2300 standard coupes in the UK.
