How many speakers in a zed

I thought i had 6 speakers but i noticed there in the footwell as well how many should there be?
I have now counted 8 in a cockpit so small

I only have one speaker in mine, and she sits next to me. I think the on and off switch is broken though.

Business system has 6 two in the front two on the door and two in the back. I think the small set by the mirror are dummies.
If you have an amp its more.

Thanks for that i don't have a amp it was more of a extension to a earlier thread regarding the poor quality of the sound sytem which i don't agree.
I thought maybe i had more than the std set of speakers.

Checked them tonight lower door seem dummies but top half are not i pulled off the cover to find a tweeter

There are 3 systems.The Business one has 6 speakers,you can tell by seeing if you have cubby holes behind the seats.If yes, you have 6 speakers.If you have speakers there,you have one of the 10 speaker systems.The 6 speaker system has the main speakers in the footwell, with tweeters by the mirrors and mids behind your head in the rear panel.There are dummy grilles in the door but no speakers.I've upgraded mine with new bass units in the footwell, new tweeters and mids in the doors where there were none with an amp in the boot.I've left the rear mids in place as I ran out of cash. It now sounds fab.

I've got the 10 speaker system in mine, it's pretty good, the lack of insulation of the car and soft top means that obviously it doesn't come through as clear and crisp as on my 5 series which had a business system but it has a much better bass, pretty impressed for a convertible audio system. Not tried it with the roof down at 70 yet, will be interesting.
