How many of each colour - now with official info

the most popular colours were black, interlagos and red..... i think my fave is imola.....

I think a figure of 578 M Coupes sold in the UK was mentioned at some point.

However i did find this, which is a brilliant spreadsheet....if you are in North America. It breaks down M production for every VIN down to spec level. Sadly it doesn't seem to include UK production as none of the VINs start WBSDU....

Master Z4M List

Apparently (not checked with the database myself) the US breakdown is as follows. Note any cars order on the 'Individual' program do not show their actual colour....Ruby Black, Carbon Black etc thus won't be shown. There is one listed in CB, maybe a test car or something

Sapphire Black: 592
Interlagos Blue: 297
Titanium Silver: 212
Silver Grey: 209
Imola Red: 204
Alpine White: 148
Sepang Bronze: 68
Space Gray: 48. (on a Z4M??????)
Monaco Blue: 36
Carbon black: 1

some of the colour/interior combos on the Ms must make each car virtually unique. My imola on imola is the only one I've seen and some of the individual bi-colours must be rare as well. Nice to make a rare car even more unique.

A list of numbers of MC/MR colours sold in UK would be good.
