How many ex TVR owners on here?

Just reading a few posts over recent months, and it came to my attention these are a few ex TVR guys on here, so how many, and why? For me, it was simply wanting a reliable car with still 9/10ths of the fun, and sensible running costs, so here goes:

Current: Z4 E85 2003 2.5, Past: Griffith 500, Tuscan speed six Mk1, Griffith 500.

Many a time I've sat in a TVR and struggled to get out.... Embarrassing for a completely different reason in getting out of an Exige.

Owned my Cerbera 4.5 for six years & loved it to bits & my Z4M reminded me of the TVR in many ways...raw & exciting to drive but I am very happy with my current M3 & I don't miss the pain & upset & financial ruin that the Cerbera gave me, you need patience by the bucket load with a TVR or a never ending wallet of money!

A TVR sounds awesome & has a great sense of occasion but they are a pain in the backside to run & mine was a weekend toy, god help those who have one as their only car...I would have smashed mine to bits as it never worked when I wanted it to :headbang:
