Depends which kind. I love seafood. The brown crabs we have here in the UK i just like them boiled and well.. thats it. Maybe some melted galric butter to dip the white flesh into. MMmm yummy
Actually I prefer mine thrown in a big pot with Zatarains, beer, potatos, corn (cob type) and a little tobasco for flavoring. Not to mention the shrimp and crawfish
