How do I set turn signals to flash when locking or unlocking remotely

I asked this question nearly two years ago & it was answered by Georgie Zed but his suggestion did not solve issue.
"I have a 2009 E89 sDrive23i autobox. I want to set up the remote locking to flash indicators when unlocking so I can locate car in a crowded car park. I read the manual and it tells me turn on ignition & toggle buttons 1 & 2 on indicator lever until you get to SET then go to a setting showing the setup. Every time I tried that it got to either the time or date setup and no further. Any ideas where I'm going wrong? Maybe my version of firmware has not been updated??" Thanks in advance. From memory, on my E89, it was "settings", "door locks", "Flash when lock/unlock"
