how do i remove the headlight washer caps ?

as i'm upgrading to a M frontbumper, i removed my front bumper,but my washers are stil on the old one.
i know how to remover them from the bumper, but first in need to get those caps of, how do i have to do this ?? can't find a how to on the internet nor here.
 
i found this easier to do with the bumper on, trigger the washer and grab them, and you can see they clip in place by a v shape clip.

Other way i guess as you have the bumper off would be to unclip the black clips from the stalks (so remove the stalks with the caps still attached) but they are pretty fragile and could break.
 
You can pull them out by hand (the piston) and then just unclip, I found it easier to unclip the actual 'triangle' shape parts rather than the cap as they break very easily.
 
thank you and how can i pull the triangle off ?? ( to withc side and does somebody have a picture or something ??

It just clips in too (you'll see what I mean when you look) but come off a lot easier than the actual cap.
It's actually more of a diamond shape looking at this pic...

I found the cap clips snap far too easily so unclip where it joins the top of the piston in between the jets themselves.
