How do I get rust off inner wheel hubs

hi,,,,,,,My z4 has a rust colour on all inner wheel hubs..............you can see it through the wheels................any ideas how to get rid if it or do u have to paint it out?...thanksi

Wire brush then hammerite

Common problem, I gave mine a wire brush down, then a couple of coats of smooth silver Hamerite paint applied with a quarter inch paint brush, also use a small pencil paint brush from the hard to reach areas.
