How do I fit this deflector, any advice please.

I have one of these and the metal shaped clasp fits under the trim behind and around the roll hoop area, bit fiddly at first to locate well but when you are happy you can tighten them using the adjustable tabs in the middle, this will keep the deflector on nice and tight so it will not fly off at high speed.
Bit of a pain if you need to take off quickly if parking at the shops etc as it can easily be pinched if away from the car for a while...

When you say you have 3 straps, is this 3 each side or 3 in total?
Mine has 6 (as per your picture), the inner 2 on the back are Velcro, the others aren't. I got the non-Velcro ones on mine to hook onto trim at the side and rear, but didn't find anywhere to hook the Velcro ones on to. However, the 4 that are hooked on look as though they will keep it rigid and on the car.
The job is easier if you raise the roof a little.
I am super-impressed with mine. Drove to the station this morning with roof off. Temperature was 5 degrees but with heater turned up and toasty bum option on high it was very cosy.

I have two with velcro and a third plain strap with the black hook. I suspect these have fallen off when the previous owner fitted it. I wondered where they might drop. I'll have to have a look where they might have gone.
Looks a bit like a double suspender belt to me! :wink:
