No instructions but I've taken the mirror apart several times. Once you get the 2 halves of the plastic housing off, just twist it and it comes off. on a lighter note, I cant relive you are going to put the ugly home link mirror on... why don't you install it under the dash? there are at least 3 links that I know of....
