HID kits

What's your experience with HIT kits on the Z4? Do sandard H7 kits work? Are there any that are better than others, or any to avoid?

I have firred Philips bluvision bulbs and they're ok, but I do miss the Xenons I had on my last car... was thinking of swapping the bluevisions over to the main beam and getting some HID's for the standard headlights.

i have personally installed 7000k xenon HID kits on my cadillac srx and honda cbr600rr.

its been a year so far with no problems. i cant comment as far as installing them on a z4 since mine came with them from the factory.

i think the LCM has to be reprogrammed since HID bulbs are of a different wattage than halogens.
