Hi everyone. Purchased a 2004 Z4 3,0SE a couple of weeks ago but the weather has only just been good enough to take a couple of snaps.
I owned a Z3 2.8 for a number of years but the Z4 temptation got to me in the end and quite frankly it was a brilliant decision.
The only mod I have done is the stubby which I did on the Z3 aswell. Oh yes and the reg. plate.
Only one quick question. Can you set the alarm with the roof down?
Cheers everyone

Nice car. Does "Triple Z" make your Zed 3 times better? I'm sure the price of the reg. number is not cheap.

Just purchased a Triple Zed plate for my new to me car..... they are not as expensive as you might think unless your initials happen to be B M ...

Nice Zed DTWN. Carbon copy of my situation too. The 2.8 Z3 was gorgeous and fun in equal measure, but I always fancied some 4 action and the 3.0 was the order of the day. Enjoy :D

Dav the wheel nut, welcome to the forum.... :driving:
My alarm which is the BMW unit work with the top down.

Welcome  the alarm will set with top down just dont lean into car

You can deactivate the interior alarm if you want to leave the top down say at a show

Hello and welcome :D
I have a 06 plate 2.0, will this have an alarm that is fitted by BMW as standard?
thank you all in advance

Welcome along :)

Numberplates aren't as expensive as you'd sometimes think. I've just bought one for my van - a VW Transportor T5 I use for mountain-biking: T5* MTB, for £250 inc the fees.
