Well just to say a big hello, ive been looking round the forum for a while now picking up useful info, now im ready to take the plunge a go for the 2.5si.
The forum seems very friendly and coming from a very good Mini forum with helpful people this is always a good start when looking for a change in car. Im on to my 6th Mini ive had the following in order:
2004 Mini cooper
2003 Mini Coopers
Audi TT Quattro (225)
2005 Mini Cooper Works
2004 Mini Cooper S Works
2005 Mini Cooper S Convertible
2007 Mini cooper s (Turbo)
As you can see i like my Minis and havent a bad word to say about them, i just feel its time for a change and the Z seems to have caught my eye for a while now.
Ive Test drove The 2.0,3.0si coupe and the 2.5si.
I found that the 2.0 seemed a bit flat but still a great engine, as im coming from quite a nippy car i really need to get something just as quick or i will get board quick ! The 3.0si coupe was superb i drove the auto i was very impressed the sound is great, however insurance and running costs worked against me so ive decided to go for the 2.5si which i thought was very good and suited me all round really.
Anyway i wont bore you anymore :lol:
And will keep you informed of what i go for with pictures
