New Arrival, with only 19k from new and in factory fresh condition l hope this one will be as fabulous and reliable as our previous white 18i that we just sold. It was an absolute bargain to the new owner , as we had to drop the price to make room for the new addition. Screenshot_20250819-191039_Gmail.jpgScreenshot_20250819-190950_Gmail.jpg

Thanks, she's fully loaded with everything option including heated steering wheel which we're probably never use, but once home l got off all the wheels to under seal , wax it and was amazed to find it factory fresh . I don't think it had ever been driven in the rain and certainly never in the winter salt so it was like new with everything shiny and no rust on anything. A late 2016 with minimal mileage was our goal and so hopefully we can have this as a keeper for many years. Interestingly we viewed another very late 66 plate car with just 9k on the clock and it had only one service from new , a whole host of fault codes, a set of 19 inch alloys that had been welded up and re enamelled with the original 9 year old tyres stuck back on. Whilst it's great to get a low mileage car it doesn't always equate to perfect condition. I noticed the other very low mileage car has now sold but l think the new owner will sadly have a few expensive surprises awaiting. I remember when these came out in 2009 and my wife absolutely fell in love with the design but we couldn't afford one at the time so to have picked up this one in close to box fresh condition for a fraction of its original fully specked price is a joy. The only downside was that it appeared that whilst the car had spent most of its life garaged the owners cat seemed to have spent far to much time sleeping on it so it took the best part of two days of detailing to get the top coat back to its factory finish.....but it was definitely worth the time and effort.

I think the E89 is a timeless and amazing car and this one looks like a very good buy. Enjoy the car tomgreen413.

Thanks for the votes of approval chaps. It's a 1 owner car as well which is nice, but is officially the wife replacement for the white 18i we recently sold ( it was in the z forum for sale thread but sadly no takers from here) . My coupe has also gone but replaced it with a Cayman, but l actually think the e89 is a prettier looking car....

Oh no, you've moved to the dark side.

I hope you enjoy the Cayman, although you could have got a Z4M Coupe!

that is a beautiful specimen.
Thanks, it was such a surprise and sadly really exciting for me (as l love detailing as a hobby) to find it looking like a new car even underneath and being able to wax n grease everything to keep it in this condition, as this will be an everyday driver for my wife . I kinda think ( but its just my personal opinion) that this generation of BMW was the last of the line in build quality and analogue design.

I completely agree, the Z4M Coupe is definitely a sweet spot and bucket list car for me one day, probably one will be a replacement for the Cayman when it's warranty expires as l believe a PDK gearbox failure can be 25k
