For a different view....these are awful to drive compared to the 124 Abarth. That's a much better drivers car.

Unsurprisingly, given the latter is an MX-5 :wink:

I test drove a 695 Rivale nearly three years ago - I really enjoyed it but ended up buying a Mini at a later date instead.

They are quite noisy,exhaust wise,but they do handle a bit like an old skool,80s hot hatch,kinda

Prefer this to the other competing "hen's teeth" car on the forum ATM.

Only problem for me is that my 17 year old daughter wants one for her first car (not the abarth admittedly).......

Get the sport model if you can, cheaper than a lounge model to insure. :wink:

Abarth 500 etc has been on my list for a long time. If only I could have a 3rd car!

To be honest I'm not completely sold on all the special editions, when you can get a brilliant one for under £10k.
