Help with trye size

Hi I'm looking at BMW alloys with 215/40/18 and 245/35/18 on the rear will the rear fit or will I need spacer thanks

Whether they fit will depend on the wheel widths & offsets.

Although the standard sizes on 18” wheels are 225/40-18 and 255/35-18 so these are a little undersized.
