My zed has been layed up over winter and battery was flat i charged battery it started but with cog on dash had a small run turned off and on again all cleared the short run and was put roof down all ok back on drive roof up locked car.30 mins later alarm was sounding went out the roof was not latched on passenger side passenger side window was open wipers in up position and jets had sprayed screen.on checking battery was now dead gave it a charge car started but passenger window still down and both window inoperable interior light not working and windscreen wipers not working and window jets won't stop spraying.does anyone have any ideas?is it just battery issue or something else?

If your battery went dead again that quickly I suspect it is past being able to hold charge.
When batteries have been dying on a few of my BMWs I've had all sorts of random amber warning lights appear so I think I'd start off with a new battery, clear any codes then go from there.
