Help Required SSS Coding

Hi all,

Having bought the BM Cable and software, I have tried absolutely everything to get it to connect to the car, however nothing seems to work. Reading on the forum, it would seem that I'm not the only one to suffer from these problems.

Is there anyone who would be able to do some SSS coding for me? I'd be happy to travel and also pay for the coding, all I want to do is turn off the passenger seatbelt warning (having fitted m seats) and enable audible locking/unlocking.

Within SSS I didn't see any option for disabling the seat belt warning, nor audible locking etc, visual - as in flashing the indicators - yes, but audible no.

Having said that, I was so cock-a-hoop about (a) getting the SSS software to communicate with my car & (b) getting the 3 ticks of the indicator programmed that I didn't delve any deeper (plus it was New Years Day & I was being hassled to "do something" with the day off) :wink:

Hi Tony,

The seatbelt warning is in the retro section, I believe you have to load the changes.iso file to make this section visible. At least you got yours working in the end!

Anyone else wishing to offer coding services around London?

I have my MOT in 2 months so ideally I'd like to get the coding done beforehand as I'm not sure how the tested will view a seat belt alarm going off when the car is moved.
