I have just bought a 2005 2.2 roadster to replace my Nissan 350Z (which I'm having to sell to fund my PhD at University) so hello to everyone!
I recently ordered some FK wheel spacers to give the Z4 a wider stance (I know they divide opinion but I've had Eibach ones on my 350 for over a year and never had any issues at all), however, upon trying to fit the 15mm spacers to the front I found that the standard wheel bolts were too long to tighten the wheel to the spacer (they use a twin bolt fitment, one set attaching the spacer to the hub and the other attaching the wheel to the spacer). I've spoken to the company I bought them from and they said I would be able to find some shorter ones however I've had no joy, the standard wheel bolts have a thread length of 25mm I believe and I need ones with a 20mm thread length. I've searched the forum but all to no avail, however I did find a very useful guide to fitting lowering springs which I'm doing next week so thank you very much for that! Any help with sourcing these bolts would be greatly appreciated guys, so I need M12 x 1.5 x 20mm bolts as far as I can make out.
