So I forgot to put the car on the battery conditioner and it was totally flat. Jumped fine and all was well apart from the central locking being temperamental on the key fob and the air on would only blow on the windscreen.
Drove it and trickled it over night- airconn fine now. However now the key won’t lock or unlock on the button (it would open the boot).
Tried to charge the key on a toothbrush charger but no joy and now won’t open boot or doors remotely.

Every thing else is fine. Is this a sign of GM5 issue? All was fine a couple of weeks ago and the doors, roof and boot all worked remotely. Help please!

At first I thought you may have triggered transport mode but if AC is ok maybe not

I think you should start with the battery/low voltage. If you’ve emptied the battery that could be the root of your issue over gm5

I would also do a key reset on both keys.

Since you recharged the key fobs try resyncing the key fobs central locking functions. Thread on here lists the how to methods if you do a search.

Thanks for the replies folks. I’d tried the resins of the keys but to no joy.
Really frustrating as there has been no issue then suddenly this. C310 not showing any codes and doesn’t seem to do a reset for keys even though there’s the option?

The GM5 module (or equivalent) may be responsible for central locking functions and other systems. If this module is faulty, this may explain your problems. Check if there are any error codes present in the system with a diagnostic tool.
I have a creator 310- is this able to do this?
