Help needed with instrument cluster

Hi. I need your help. I tried copy dump file from non M cluster to my new M cluster(for match vin and milage). Now my M cluster not working.
If someone have PA soft and is able to read eeprom from M cluster and share it, please? I'm fom Wrexham (North Wales) and I can come with my cable.
I will pay for it.

To be honest, I doing swap in my x3 e83 for s54b32 and I tried fit cluster from z4m to match rev counter. If you can help me, I will be much appreciated.
