I’ve got a pad warning on my dash. I changed the pads and sensor but the warning won’t reset (with my Carly) so would need someone who has a better set up to reset. Is anyone n or around Essex who could do this in exchange for some beer tokens? My MOT is due soon so need this done fairly soonish.

I'm pretty sure it's a pain in the arse - main thing being you need to do it on level ground with the e-brake disengaged (from memory).

If you are sat on the drive with the handbrake on, you will not be able to reset the light.

It can take 2 or 3 attempts - your Carly should be fine.

I did read about trying with the e brake off and it didn’t seem to work. I’ll try the multiple attempts and see if that works 👍

Once i replaced and had Indy reset, i tided them up out of the way.
More trouble than they are worth.
Fronts last about 50plus miles, rears about 40k miles.

Well I managed to sort this. The issue was my instrument cluster. I have a non oem instrument cluster and it was this that was stopping the light being reset. I put the original one in and it reset straight away.
