I can't decide - which colour combo looks best, which one i should buy. help me a bit with listing whats bad about each of these 2 cars so i can make up my mind.
Silver Gray, Black leather sport seats, silver dash trim, black soft top, 2004 and with about 60000 miles on the clock. 2.5 with manual. This one is the drivers car with 18in non-bmw wheels which look great, non rft tyres, sport suspension.... It also has clear side repeaters - score! Owner had it for 17000km, hasn't changed shocks or springs on it, drives only in summer or on weekends, car is garaged usually. It is 2000 euros cheaper than black sapphire one, around roughly 14300 is his asking price. Owner is not desperate but wants a more practical car. No hardtop. IF this car had Auto box, it would be easiER choice. It's in decent shape but I anticipate with reasonably high mileage it will be a tricky ownership prospect down the road. I don't have a full repair history on it though. :S Might wanna swing by the dealer later on. I'm also NOT sure if i want to get back to shifting gears on my own.

Sapphire Black with biege leather non sport seats, dark brown wood trim, black soft top. 2.5 engine, AT, 24000 miles, next service in 2400 miles.
Alarmed a bit by history of repairs, including steering rack and soft top motor (twice), resprayed bonnet and replaced rear shocks. ON flip side, its good they were changed regularly. The owner of the black car is desperate a bit and wants to sell - enough to stick it to the dealership parking lot and pay every day for this. Bank loans and all, crisis time. The black car has the right options but not sport seats which I think I'd want. I do like though the dark-light combo, and sitting inside with top up, the black roof lining and beige interior looks incredibly sweet. If this car had sport seats or sport suspension it would be a very easy choice. Then again, the suspension is easy to upgrade and the seats were supportive enough on the test drive. I even like the wood but I can always wrap it in CF leather or paint it piano black making the interior even cooler.

I'm pretty much torn guys between the silver gray and the sapphire black.
What do you suggest i do? Which color combo you like? Help me chose, I want a bit of both. The 2004 car is actually a 8/2004 and 2005 car is 6/2005. I know with used cars you HAVE to compromise just a tiny bit and these two are very much close to what i'd like in my Zed. And prices mean I'll be paying like half of what I pay now for E90 every month. So that's attractive too. My E90 is like owning a 6 bedroom apartment by myself. I don't need 4 seats. 2 usually, 3 rarely and taxi is useful enough for those occasions anyway.
