HELP for HEROES 2013 European Rally

On the 15th of June 2013 My wife Melanie and I are entering the HELP for HEROES 4x4 European Rally to raise funds and awareness for brave service men and women who have returned home from their poorly paid jobs abroad having gained significant physical or emotional disabilities.

We’ll be entering our own car and using our own food and fuel so every penny goes straight to HELP for HEREOS.

Each car will also be SkyTagged so you can follow the rally’s progress.

The award winning H4H Rally is a 2000 mile expedition through 7 countries over 12 days. So far it has raised over £480,000 for H4H. The tour is an untimed event stopping at numerous battle sites and cemeteries of WWII, retelling the story of Europe’s liberation:

Via the byways of Salisbury Plain we travel to Portsmouth for the ferry to France. After Normandy, via The Somme and Ypres, we head to Arnhem in Holland – Operation Market Garden: Then, south to Bastogne in Belgium – famous for the ‘Battle of the Bulge’. After visiting Alsace, France, we enter Germany and visit Dachau; with its horrors of war. We end our journey at Hitler's "impenetrable" Eagles' Nest at Berchtesgaden.
