Help Fitting DCT Paddles

Okay so I have been wanting to fit DCT paddles to my auto Z4 for a while now. The existing paddles are fine, but the DCT are just way better. The mount for the DCT paddles look the same, but the wiring looks radically different. You can see how the wires run in the diagram here. Anybody have ideas on how to swap them out for DCT paddles?
