help drivers door wont unlock

hi the drivers door doesnt always unlock on remote and when i put the key in some times you have to turn the key sevral times before it will open. grrrrr any one know why?

Welcome to the forum, If you are experiencing any issues with your car you can normally find an answer on here if you know where to look, a good place to start would be in the problems section for your model and use the search function, By the sound of your problem I am guessing you have an E85, in which case this thread may be of some help
