Hi all,

Wondering if you can help me diagnose a potential fault with my parking sensors. When I engage reverse gear I hear a long beep followed by intermittent beeps. If someone stands behind the car, the frequency of the beeps doesn't increase as expected. I have sprayed some WD40 on all four sensors bit unfortunately this hasn't resolved the issue. Video below (let me know if issues accessing/viewing):

Switch the ignition on to position 1 (engine off). Put the car into reverse. Go behind the car and listen for one of the sensors clicking. Thats your problem sensor that will likely need replacing.

They are all clicking! One not as loud as the other three.

If they click they are faulty?

f memory serves, its the one thats not clicking - or not clicking as much that will be the erroneous one.I think they click if they’re working.
