Help! Chrome Seat Belt Trim thingy

Guys and girls, (Happy Valentines day btw)
...Does anyone have any info on the chrome plastic seat belt trim cover thing, sits by the headrest over the seat belt 'holder' ???
ive got the covers but cant seem to find out any info on them. no screw holes in the guides, no fitting marks, im a bit stuck.
