This is causing me undue stress. Zed needs servicing and i posted a thread a number of weeks ago for any recommendations. Stealers want £360 + vat :lol: Tried Bloor Motors Horwich, reasonbly priced but when i went to have a look their was no provisions for parking cars all over the street so did not fancy leaving it their all day. Tried Linwar at southport ( under recommendation) and although i think that they would do a first class job the price matched it £390 inc vat!! Bloody hell. There must be somebody near the Preston area who will do what they say for a reasonable rate, with somewhere to park the car safely when i arrive.
