To a forum member, ill let them introduce themselves.

So I have put my Hellrot Red Z4C up for sale on pistonheads; not to worry i am staying on the forum with my imola Z4MC.

Waterpump was replaced last week and MoT was carried out with no advisories.

Below is the link if anyone is interested here, great car, great history and the pumps just been done if that helps any nervous buyers.

Is that correct there only being 10 hellrot red manuals as mentioned in the link?

Only just bought one myself and didn’t know they were that rare!

Out of interest was it the one from Dundee, its sad because i know all the red cars in the market :D

Its somewhere in that number as the tracking website is against all the VIN registrations when the car was manufactured, then you can account that 1/3ish would be off the road through age or accident.

Somewhere on this forum is the link, but for sure its a rare car but market for Z4 or any 'luxury' car is in a bad place at the moment, i was looking at an i8 3 years old, new is £115,000 can pick it up with 20k miles for £42,000....

This was YB07AEA from stone henge area.
I’m only the 3rd owner so it’s not been on the market much.

Agree that nothing seems to shifting lately.

Its a lovely car for sure & imo now heading into the zone for at least attracting interest .
Rarity adds kudos , its well serviced + specced & 77k isn't exactly high so its all about how long you are prepared to wait for the buyer that appreciates those things ,
You point out the market is flat , that is most certainly the case so id be prepared for accepting offers anywhere near £8k if you want it gone
Best of luck

What a beautiful car
There is something special about BMW Hellrot red
My first BMW was an E36 Coupe Sport in Hellrot
One of the best coloured cars I’ve ever owned (Techno violet/Cosmos black are kinda special too)
But the red suits the coupe superbly

Lowest I'll go is 8800.

With doing the water pump recently and some other bits I'm already looking to loose around £1000.

Maybe someone will appear that really wants red.

It gets lots of attention for sure :)

Very interested in this! Downside is I'm in central scotland :headbang:

Don’t let that put you off - I’ve travelled all over for my previous cars.

This car looks a fantastic example, especially in red 8)

It would make for a great drive home! :D

Well if you really want a HellRot manual Coupe you're probably going to have to travel as it seems the UK only got 31 of them!

I'm starting to get tempted myself.

Cars like these rarely appear in the local area., travelling is part of the quest.
I've bought cars from all over the country, if they are worth buying they are worth travelling for.

Stunning car, hard to believe it's not been snapped up! I'd be dead set if I were still in the market for a coupe!!
