I've come from the dark side (previously had an 2010 SLK)!

I have just bought a 2013 red Z4. It's a lovely drive. Sadly no heated seats... so will need to find a solution to that and get to the bottom of the Z4's android phone connectivity.... mostly I want to play my podcasts!

Welcome to the light. I guess you have an E89. Can't help with that. Would be great to see a picture.

Welcome Phil, there are a lot of very knowledgeable people here (i am not one) who will be able to help you. There are some good options, look at the Mr12Volt option, i have it and it is a game changer. BT streaming options are also out there for a simple cheap fix (if you dont want/need full android auto functionality)
