Hello all.. Just found this forum. Always good to find a base of knowledge which is usually filled with tales of head banging frustrated guys throwing spanners around and swearing..
Im an Ex Essex lad who has been living in New Zealand for a good few years now. The bonus is the place itself, the downside, dont try to find a cheap car part! Ive a few cars and thought the E86 will be a good summer car to squirt about in. Another motor to tinker with, and who doesnt love replacing parts for the f'kin sake of it.. Oh, I really need to change my user name too..

Welcome. I'm in rainy wet windy Cornwall. But our son lives in NZ. We used to have a few regulars from NZ. One from Christchurch, Shane, as I recall. In fact I had a ride in his E89 through Akaroa. His Z4 has gone now. The others were around Wellington. Alas I can't find the names as we have a new sight now and I think PMs from 5 years ago are gone forever.

Kia ora, I spent time in the north island, just outside Wellington in the 90s. Great place to have a Z4, I had a van thought that there was something wrong with the fuel tank and then realised how cheap fuel was compared to the uk
