Hello from Bristol. I've been lurking for a while.

Wow, that's a first post and a half. Welcome to the forum. loads of good mates for your Zed around Bristol.

Welcome aboard, nice to have another member of the exclusive Coupe club.

Great write up too, some good maintenance reference info there for us newbies

Welcome to the forum, bit of a 'bumpy' ride to begin with but sounds like you've got your Zed nice and straight. I really enjoyed your write up

Welcome. Great introductory post there !

Keep an eye out for the boys around Bristol as you've got Spikey, //Mikerw, Danstarr, 2Dogs & myself all local & Phil45110 in Cardiff plus Limppmisfit in Swindon. We're all out regularly early on Sunday mornings and Spikey desperately needs another 'Coupe' to befriend ! ( although you may have to repaint it silver !)

One of our morning drives over to Wales:
Lto R: Spikey, //Mikerw, Number 5 & Phil45110

We'll all be heading over to Bridgend about 7am Sunday if you fancy joining us on the Brecons meet ?

Nice intro post , enjoyed the read & can concur , your wheels do look shabby & need sorting
I would also be doing some oil+ filter changes fairly regularly & not following the standard service regime

Great post welcome. Theres a meet in south wales on sunday few people from bristol going. The angel eyes you did was this just a bulb to get the "eyes"?

Welcome nice to see another local Zed - and it's the highly prestigious much sought after and clearly the gorgeous half of the Zed twins - the coupe!!

Really enjoyed reading your post - would be interested to compare notes on brakes after my recent wander around the Le Mans track in mine

Anyhow would be great to get you out on a run with us locals ( Alan's post above ( Number 5 ) refers) - there is a Brecons run on Sunday if you are interested?

Hi Great post, I'm new to the forum and living in Bristol, my wife and I have just purchased a 2008 2.0i sport, our first BMW and we are very pleased with it looking forward to seeing others out and about.

Hi Charliebucket :) interesting first post!
With regards to the servicing-of note is the fact that to change the fuel filter is a fuel tank out job :o
Because of this it's a job that's not done for obvious reasons (never hear of it causing issues though)
Regards
