Hello everybody, got a E89 sdrive 23i since last july, i m really satisfied and i would like to know if there are some particular suggestion on setting up my car. I mean not exterior or interior extreme tuning , just little hints and set in order to maximize the use of the car, whatever you mean, of course question referred to all sdrive 23i owner !

Welcome

Let’s see her then :poke:

First things first, ditch the runflats if someone hasn’t already done you the favour. I went from 18” runflats to 19” conventional on my e85 and the difference is night and day.

With new rubber comes laser alignment - even if you stick to oem specs it would put your mind at ease as you don’t know how long ago the last check was if at all. I’d be tempted to go for something a bit more aggressive if like most of us here you like to enjoy the road ahead.

The mods will follow :)

Welcome and enjoy your new Z4 and the straight six !

Would echo get rid of the run flats. It's worth getting some LED Angel eye lights to replace the oem ones with a nice white light. Stubby Arial as well

Make sure your servicing is up to date, especially oil changes. Find someone local with the Carly app and get a few features coded.
I bought my 23i end of may 2017, they are great cars, the six sounds awesome, and it is more than fast enough on twisty roads as well as being light. If you replace your tyres go for Michelin Pilot Sport 4 bought from Asda tyres, they are not runflat but they are fabulous tyres with some of the best wet grip (which is what counts) ratings you can get. They will transform your ride, handling, road noise and confidence in the car.

Whoa there. Go steady on the stubby advice and carefully read previous posts on the subject. Don't want to start that debate again but why have a short one when you already have a full size one

Most think updating to the LCI side indicators is a nice visual touch (depending on the colour of your car) ...

Why don't you post a picture of your pride and joy :)
