Hi All!

Excited to join the forums after being a long time lurker. Proud 2009 E89 3.0 Owner in Havana metallic. I had a 2.5 litre version a few years ago, but had to sell it for a deposit on a flat . Never quite got over it, until I purchased a very similar one in August last year!

I immediately made a couple of subtle modifications. First thing was swapping out the runflats for some much nicer Continental Sport Contact 7's. Next, was replacing the stock indicators with the facelift versions. I also installed a Mr12Volt system (thanks to youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/c/BMWZ4Mods, @AnubisZed).

Looking forward to working on improving the audio system next
So without further ado... here she is!

Welcome. Nice looking car. I've always been an admirer of Havana. Very understated/classy. Suits the 296 alloys too IMHO.

Welcome to the forum with your smart E89. I love those 296 wheels too.

Cheers guys me too!

Keeping my eye out for cracks on the 296s though.

I am a huge Havana fan. Not the sportiest looking, but punches above it weight in classiness. It's aged strangely well.

Welcome to the forum. Lovely looking car, reminds me of my recently departed and much missed 09 30i. 🥲

Mine was black, but had the 296s, cream interior, I also added the new indicators and ditched the run flats. I think “normal” tyres make cracking slightly less likely.. and definitely makes the car ride less like Fred Flintstones chariot.

Feels so much better without them. When I got them fitted, they asked me what I wanted to do with the run flats they removed.... :fuelfire: BURN THEM!
