Hi to all memebers of the Z4-forum :D
I went for a test :driving: in a 3 litre roadster yesterday at a local dealer.
loved the quality and performance of the car but i do prefer the coupe shape.
I am now in the market to purchase a coupe at the right price :D
from the research i have done so far it seams the guide prices from parkers, what car etc. are as much as £2500 lower from valuation to private for sale asking prices on pistonheads web site?
any of you guys purchased or sold lately?
what is the market realy like out there?
looking to purchase from 06 up to 57 plates with a good selection of extras, all colours considered. :thumbsup:
I currently own a clio 182 which i have had for 5 years,always got great results from cliosport and renaultsport forums in the past and it looks as this is the place to be if you own a Z4 of any kind?

Hi and welcome Lee.
Coupe or roadster - both great cars and 3.0i is a good choice of engine. I would test the coupe too, or at least have a good sit in one. Come the Summer you'll miss the open air :wink:

Prices are moving constantly and some private owners still perceive their car to be worth far more than market value. Truth is the well specced cars with the right options seem to be selling and the 'plain vanilla' sits on ads doing nothing. People also leave cars on Piston heads at inflated prices as there may just be a buyer along.

You'll soon figure out the right price band with the options you want.
 
Yep, drive them both. I have a coupe-just TOO much air in the roadster, but then again, it IS a roadster!!!

You'll love it. I do wish BMW had put a small, pop-up sun roof in the coupe, though. On the other hand, I can track mine here in the US. :driving:

It took a long long time for the old CJ 'I didn't get where I am today without...' strap line to emerge :rofl: :rofl:
 
that yellow coupe looks very nice, i dont normally like yellow but i really like the interior of it. im betting your wallet will be much lighter very soon :D
