Yes, but depends upon age of zed. Might need a new slip ring, or just a couple of metres of cable run to the gear selector lever

Yes - they are bolted on with 4 set screws to the rear of the wheel. You'd really need a new rear cover on the wheel as the paddle version has cut outs. Purist only though.
