It'll be more than £3600 as you've not included import tax.

The site quotes £3,764.26EUR making it roughly £3,422 (1.10 rate). Adding around 20% for delivery and duty makes it £4106. I think somewhere between £2,000 and £2,200 would be a fair price.

No need to convet Euros either since they use the Krone in Norway which would make it £3,564.56 to your door. Not sure about import duty, Norway isn't in the EU but chances are you can avoid it, ive bought all-sorts from China for example and never had a problem.

I never converted to Euro, just quoting what the site states.
As far as I'm aware the parts are made and shipped from the US. I know Beedub had to pay duties for his one.

The site lists the price in Euros, but it's cheaper to select Krone and then corvert directly to the pound.

I may be wrong about import duty, but customs certainly can't inspect every parcel!

Guys - £3500 - no matter what currenty or converter.

Just to confirm according to one of the many import tax sites if the parts come from an EU area no import or VAT is chargeable, although the selling country may add their VAT or taxes.

If they come from outside - say US then 2.5% import on everything inc. shipping then add 20% VAT to all of it. I'm not getting down to accurate numbers but that helps with ballpark starter, if anyone's looking into it.

Fair enough. Either way you need your head testing to pay £2850 for the one on ebay!

I cant believe someone paid £2,650.00 for this. Good luck to them but that's quite a gamble.

This does make the idea of buying a new one even more tempting if this is what i could get back for the unit when i'm finished with it..
