Headlights with condensation

Hello all

I have not been on here long but i noticed something with some condensation behind the lense. I quite like the cleare headlights on the 06 face lift model. They look the same as mine could they be retro fit onto my 04 plate

Hi and welcome. The clear facelift headlights can be retrofitted on to a pre-facelift Z4 with no bumper modifications - simple enough to do and only requires taking the bumper off. Problem is finding a set as they are fairly expensive and scarce on the second hand market. Another option if you have halogens is the aftermarket lights which you can buy on eBay. I installed a set last week (http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=33496&p=455055#p455055) and am really happy with them, although I have noticed a little bit of condensation so going to have to dry them out and make sure the seals are all on properly.

welcome as always we need pics, you need to check the seals, mine did the same after upgrading the headlights, took it off the cover dried it out using a hairdryer reversed the seal in its housing and refitted been fine ever since, loads of threads on the subject
