Headlight washers

Hi all

Looking for some advice on a small problem.
I have a 2.0 E85 2006 on which the headlamp washers no longer spray fluid. Pump works and washers pop out of bumper so the fluid must be being pushed up the feed pipe. Therefore I assume it is the washer jets.
If I grab the washer as it pops out of the bumper to clean the jets, will it cause any problems. Just trying to avoid removing the bumper if possible.
Thanks for your replies.

That's an ideal way to get to the jets to clean them. I would also pull the pump to check its filter as they are prone to filling with a jelly like mix of screen wash slowing the flow. You'll likely find both jets and pump partially blocked
