Headlight washer problem

I don’t know if it’s been because of the ice and snow but my drivers side headlight washer won’t close completely and sits about an inch up from the hole? Anyone got any experience of this?

If it’s not used frequently then it can become blocked. If this happens, the water pressure that pops it up cannot release and it stays stuck up.

You can try to either release the hose from the water bottle pump and release the pressure that way - or push it down carefully yourself - and then do a couple of wash cycles to see it it recurs.
