Headlight Washer Jet...Yes another one!

Hi all,

My drivers side washer jet has stopped working. When I activate them they both pop up out of the bonnet but the driver side one doesn't spray any water.
I have chected the filters within the water tank/resovior and cleaned them and also checked the actual jet itsself by removing it and that is fine.....so....something to do with the pump?? (something inbetween the jet itself and the hose.... Any help??

The broken one pops out from the bonnet so water must be getting to them for this to happen just no spray from the washer jet?

blocked nozzle on the jet if the actual jet pops up but does not spray any water. the telesopic arms move by water pressure alone so if it moves to it's extended position the water pressure is reaching the back of the nozzles

needs a new nozzle but unfortunately i'm pretty sure they only sell them as complete units. however you can replace the nozzle seperately (avoiding removing the bumper)
 
I managed to unclip the jet from the arm that pops up and its not blocked nore is the water now shooting out of the now open arm that extends. Water is dripping from the bottom of the bonnet slightly.......so I think I am going to wait for a sunny day and take the bonnet off myself and have a look to see if it needs replacing and give it a good clean rather than getting bmw or anyone else to charge the earth to look at it..
