Headlight washer cover...help please

Does anyone know if i can buy the little bracket thingy that goes on the back of the headlight washer cover and then attaches to the nozzle separately? thanks.

takes 2 to fix on, attach it to the squirter thingy first, then get someone to operate the washer grab it and attach to the washer cap carefully! good luck
