Headlight rings/halos for 2004

I love my 2004 Z4 3.0i.. But I really hate my headlights, especially coming from HID world. I know there are kits to add HID, but my question is this... I noticed that the new Z4 has the Halo rings in their options... Will that fit into the body and connection of my 2004 Z4? Love the rings, and they are also used as Daytime running lights... Any links, or suggestions?

Post facelift light unit will not retrofit into the pre facelift model without serious wiring or coding challenges being overcome.

Do a search on 'Angel Eyes' to see how I and another member have taken different routes to retrofit CCFL AE into the existing housings
