Headlight Adjustment

Apologies if this has been covered before but couldn’t find it.

I have a 53 plate 3.0 Zed and spend a lot of time driving in Portugal. Is there any way to adjust the headlights to conform to driving on the right hand side of the road without using the stick on headlight adjusters.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
