Headlamps with angel eyes

Do the angel eyes on oem headlights replace the side lights or are they on a seperate circuit.
Do the wire in the same as oem amber ind headlights.

I cut the side light wires and hooked up just the angel lights

Are the plugs different on the oem facelift lights then.

As far as I'm aware all the internals are the same on pre and post facelift halogen lights (apart from the amber)

Yeah wiring plugs on the lamp and mine are oem xenon.
