These don't look like genuine CSLs to me??

No they dont look like real ones. Real CSLs have BMW stamped just above the M motif, hard to see but doesn't look genuine.

Yes I fear they have, I saw these advertised as genuine and asked out of devilment for a photo of the BMW stamp and also the triangular indentations with BBS etc on the back, I didn't get a reply........

There was another set advertised too for £999 which I also reckon were reps, buyer beware

Something fishy going on here. Same wheels now posted by another user, same town and same style of ad so same person. What's he up to???

Just asked a question a la Darren, out of devilment

Well at least the first ad was honest when it said they were advertised elsewhere... Even the spelling mistake is the same!

Tapatalking...

Let's all start posting the same question "As there have been a number of attempts to pass off pattern parts as genuine, please supply a clear photo of the genuine BMW stamp on the wheels" or variants of the above...

Not a single reply yet - wonder how long it will be before he takes them off again ? Can you report a seller to eBay without having placed a bid ? Or is that just mean ?

Just tried to ask the question, but looks like he's taken it off, but looky here, this looks rather similar!? :o
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-CSL-style-19-Alloy-Wheels-/260963245436?_trksid=p4340.m185&_trkparms=algo%3DDLSL%252BSIC.NPJS%26its%3DI%26itu%3DUCI%252BUA%26otn%3D10%26pmod%3D260962351810%252B260962351810%26po%3D%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D6508741387910414457

So i'll ask the question on this one then

To be fair, my reading of it immediately was they're replicas as they're referred to as csl STYLE wheels and the ad goes onto say he s unsure if theyre genuine. Indeed buyer beware but theres a little economy of the probable truth. twisty!

Yep now changed the ad from stating Genuine to Csl style. So los like slk our questions have had the desired effect.

Here you go, it was invaluable to me
