Has anyone tried these rubber floor mats?

Hi guys,

Since I have beige interior (2004 model) and rainy days are coming, I'd like to purchase some OEM beige rubber floor mats.
The problem is that apparently the only market for those is USA.
I couldn't find those in dealership in Belgrade, had no luck in Stuttgart too. Shipping from USA is too expensive in my opinion.
Anyway, a friend from USA is coming and he is going to bring them so the problem is going to be solved.

Now, the question is: Does anyone have experience with those and do they fit properly?

They drive on the wrong side of the road over there :wink: so surely their mats won't fit in our right hand drive cars?

I have rubber floor mats, I was changing back to the OEM one because of the rain. The rubber does not absorb water, and the wet shoes will make noises with the pedal during your driving.

Worked for me, but then I was doing 25,000 miles a year in all conditions.

Mine weren't the ones in the OP though, mine looked like this..

I'd replace the mats every 2 years when the driver's heel section wore through, but had to switch to OE velour mats once the rubber ones became NLA.

The velour mat lasted less than 3 months before the velcro came off the back and the mat started sliding around.

I've got my original, champagne ones stored away somewhere.
 
I did not like those mats at all.. even with the Velcro backing, they move a lot. About 6 months ago, I got the weather tech on sale and they were awesome. weathertech 448021 Not sure if weathertech has an european store

I'm in the same boat. It's not something I want, more something I need in order to preserve the carpet in my car.
I might see how the mats hold up this winter and consider just replacing them every couple of years.
 
I got the one from Amazon which are genuine BMW and they work great. They are made by Weathertech for BMW.
 
I have those on my z4...came with the car. Works great and doesn’t move at all. I personally prefer carpet floor mats but they do work fine so I never bothered replacing them. :D
 
I got some universal eBay ones and they have various edges you cut off and make them fit. Sounds very amateur but they worked really well. They’re very heavy duty and keep the nice carpet mats covered across the winter, have the same set in my C class Merc as well and they do a great job at keeping the mud and wet at bay. Worth a look.

Because I don't want to ruin carpet ones when it's wet outside. :D
When it's dry, I use carpet mats.
I also didn't want black mats because they don't match the interior color and also wanted OEM mats because why not. :rofl:
Don't use the car daily so they will probably last.
Anyway, got those from the link and they fit and look great in my opinion (better than black on my car).
