Has anyone done an at-home Hardtop Motor replacement?

As the subject asks, has anyone done this?

I need to replace my top motor. I need to know the pitfalls and gotcha's......

I have the TIS and EAK's, so I have the BMW procedures.

A BMW tech posted on one of the other many forums i'm on (i'm searching my 5 computers for the link) and said that it is one of his least favorite jobs. Easy to snag the liner and a few other problems. You can do it poorly quickly, but i guess quality work takes time.
