Hammerite Paint is fantastic ........

We just had a new wall built at the front of the house, so I decided it was time to make some new gates .... after a few days toiling I decided to use Black hammered Hammerite rattle can paint to finish them off ......

Well I may not be the sharpest tool in the box, but I did consider that parking the zed at least 20 mts away and upwind would be a good plan.

Anyway, the gates are awesome .... finish is excellent ......

............. errrrr I just spent 3 hours T cutting, cleaning and waxing the zed to remove the unbelievable, sandpaper to the touch, almost invisible to the eye, mottled newly aquired paintjob. :cry:

I mean .... who new that s**t could travel that far ??????
 
Oops - sadly some paints take a lot longer to dry when airborne than the traditional rattle paint can we all use.

Lets not talk about as a teenager spraying my bedroom wall with diluted emulsion paint, while my parents were out. Most came of the windows and doors over the years...

I had a rough panel on my car and just thought it was a bad paint job. I clay bared the car and it came up silky smooth.

I have PMed you about the brace.
